Easy Vegan Overnight Oats
Equipment
- Overnight Oat Jars, or similar recommended
Ingredients
Base
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- ½ cup berries of choice (we love raspberries, blueberries, chopped strawberries and/or saskatoon berries)
- ⅔ cup milk of choice (I prefer soy milk or cashew milk. Kids prefer chocolate milk- I highly recommend Silk’s Dark Chocolate Almond Milk)
Toppers
- Sliced banana
- Coconut flakes unsweetened
- Sliced Almonds or Nuts of Choice
Instructions
- Simply add all “base” ingredients into an overnight oats jar or a mason jar, ensuring the oats are covered with milk. No need to mix, everything can simply be layered in.
- When you’re ready to eat, open the jar and add on your desired toppings. Mix everything up with your spoon and enjoy!
