Meet the Family

One of the greatest joys of our little homestead is the community of animals who share it with us. Each one has their own quirks, stories, and personalities—and they’re very much part of the family. This page is where I’ll introduce you to all of them, from our curious chickens to our playful potbelly pigs.

I believe in a style of compassionate farming that values respect, kindness, and connection. Our animals aren’t here to simply serve a purpose—they bring joy, laughter, and sometimes a little chaos into our lives. Caring for them while raising two kids and working full-time is no small task, but it’s the kind of hectic that’s worth it.

Who You’ll Meet on the Farm

🐴 The Horses – graceful, grounding, and always teaching us patience (please stop knocking that wheelbarrow over!)
🐓 The Chickens – spoiled hens who provide rich fertilizer, keep the bugs in check and offer endless entertainment
🐰 Our Pet Bunny – soft, curious, and full of charm
🐱 The Cats – cozy companions who rule the couch
🐷 The Potbelly Pigs – mischievous, funny, and full of character

And who knows? Someday this list might grow to include a cow or some babydoll sheep—dreams I hold close for the future of our farm.
