Some of my favourite weekends used to begin with a trip to our local breakfast sugar house—plates of crepes, loaded waffles, and all the comforting morning classics. When I shifted to a plant-based lifestyle, I found it hard to satisfy those same cravings at restaurants. So, I started recreating those cozy weekend mornings at home and sharing them with my children. Now, breakfast has become one of my favorite ways to bring comfort and joy into our kitchen.
