Whether you’re meal prepping for the week or just want a single serving to get ahead for a particularly busy day, this simple recipe is sure to leave you fuelled. Even the pickiest kids love this with vegan chocolate milk!
½cupberries of choice(we love raspberries, blueberries, chopped strawberries and/or saskatoon berries)
⅔cupmilk of choice(I prefer soy milk or cashew milk. Kids prefer chocolate milk- I highly recommend Silk’s Dark Chocolate Almond Milk)
Toppers
Sliced banana
Coconut flakesunsweetened
Sliced Almonds or Nuts of Choice
Instructions
Simply add all “base” ingredients into an overnight oats jar or a mason jar, ensuring the oats are covered with milk. No need to mix, everything can simply be layered in.
When you’re ready to eat, open the jar and add on your desired toppings. Mix everything up with your spoon and enjoy!
