Hi, and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. This blog grew out of my journey to live more plant-based -not perfectly, but with intention, compassion, and joy. Like many people, I grew up eating meat, eggs, and dairy because that was “normal.” But as I learned more about modern industrial farming and the impact of animal products on not only the environment, but welfare and health, I knew I wanted to make a change. What I discovered is that plant-based eating doesn’t have to mean giving up flavour, comfort, or tradition. It just means creating them in new, kinder ways.
