Crumbled tofu takes the place of meat, soaking up that rich, tangy Manwich sauce for a perfect weeknight dinner that’s ready in just 10 minutes. It’s hearty, family-friendly, and packed with protein. Add a tbsp of oil to a heated skillet and warm. Then, crumble in the tofu. It should resemble minced/ground meat.
Add in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika and stir to combine with the tofu. Cook until the tofu is lightly browned.
Next, pour in the Manwich can and cook just to warm.
Then, spoon the mixture onto lightly toasted hamburger buns. Dinner is ready!
